Categories:
The awards are open to acts that fit into any of the following
categories with the following classification:
BEST MALE SINGER: male solo singer, can be resident
in a venue. Billed as themselves.
BEST FEMALE SINGER: female solo singer, can be
resident in a venue. Billed as themselves.
BEST TRIBUTE ACT: act of one or more members,
billed as the tribute or them as the tribute.
BEST BAND: two or more members with instruments
without the use of backing tracks. Can be resident in a venue.
BEST GROUP: two or more members with or without
instruments using backing tracks. Can be resident in a venue.
BEST COMPERE: one person who is resident in a
bar, karaoke bar, cabaret bar or hotel, without instruments.
BEST SOLO PERFORMER: one person with an instrument.
Can be resident in a venue.
BEST VARIETY ACT: a variety show act such as
dancers, drag artists, mime artists, hypnotist, magic show, comedian,
etc.
BEST DJ: any Tenerife based DJ in a club, fun
pub, or radio station.
BEST
NEWCOMER: any new act/artist to the island for any category
since 1st November 2018.
ENTERTAINERS ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR: voted for
by the entertainers only.
To qualify for the nominations:
(Please note all nominees must be over 18 and
work on the Tenerife cabaret circuit, excursions with paid tickets
for entry are NOT eligible) |
